The Floating Room

A complete bedroom—bed with white linens, wooden chair, side table, a door to nowhere—floats on a wooden platform suspended in sunset clouds. The walls dissolve into sky, coral and pink light bleeding through the architecture. Below the platform: infinite atmosphere. The domestic made impossible, the familiar rendered weightless. Home as a place that exists only in the space between waking and sleep.
