DMCA Takedown Policy

Drift Gallery LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send the following information to legal@driftgallery.io:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. The URL of the infringing content on the Platform
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will remove infringing content promptly upon receipt of a valid notice. The content creator will be notified of the takedown.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@driftgallery.io within 10 business days per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed and its former URL
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, and phone number
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Three valid DMCA takedown notices against the same account within 12 months result in automatic permanent account termination. Counter-notices that result in content restoration do not count toward this total.
