Liquid Fire

A landscape of molten glass — layered horizontal forms in ruby, amber, gold, and burgundy flow across the composition like geological strata or lava channels. The leading follows the flowing forms, containing but not constraining the movement. Where the central glow is strongest, the glass is nearly transparent, light pouring through amber and gold panels with visible texture. The upper register cools to turquoise and teal, grounding the heat below with a sky-like counterpoint. Every surface shows the enamel texture of real glass — sparkle, grain, translucency varying panel to panel. Fire made permanent in glass.
