Urban Reclamation

Water cascades down through the skeleton of a multi-story concrete building, each floor a new layer of reclamation. Purple bougainvillea erupts from the third floor. Massive vines wrap structural columns like organic rebar. A waterfall pours through a gap in the floors where a stairwell once was, feeding a pool of ferns and mosses below. The building is being digested by the forest — not destroyed, but transformed into something more useful. Every balcony is a garden, every window a frame for new growth. Architecture surrendering to ecology.
