Storm Genesis

Two walls of cumulonimbus tower on either side of the frame like geological cliffs, their surfaces sculpted in deep blue-gray and charcoal. Between them, a cathedral gap where golden light breaks through — warm updraft air meeting cold downdraft in a visible collision. The clouds have interior structure: you can see the convection cells, the layering, the places where ice crystals form at altitude. The light in the gap is almost sacred — the sublime violence of weather rendered as architecture. A storm system as seen from inside, looking up through the machinery of atmospheric creation.
